Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 15 April 2009, Talna Limited, Michael Robert Phillips, Paul Adrian Barlow Beecroft, Apax Partners Holdings Limited (as trustee of The Hartsop Retirement Benefit Scheme), Stephen Grabiner, Max Burger-Calderon, Paul Fitzsimons, Richard Charles Wilson, Federico LLP, Ian Martin Lloyd Jones, Queengate Limited, Andrew Sillitoe, Alex Fortescue and Christian Naether transferred part of the interest held by them in Apax Europe VI Founder L.P (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5339, to Apax Guernsey (Holdco) Limited.
