Sequestration of the estate of

ANNE NICHOLSON

The estate of Anne Nicholson, residing at 6 Hall Crescent, Gullane, East Lothian EH31 2HA, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Haddington on 23 February 2009, and Gordon Chalmers, 168 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4TP, has been appointed by the Court to act as Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit a statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Trustee. For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 26 January 2009.
