Sequestration of the estate of

ANN REYNOLDS

The estate of Ann Reynolds, residing at 6 Hamilton Crescent, Gullane, East Lothian EH31 2HR, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Haddington on 23 February 2009, and Gordon Chalmers, 168 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4TP, has been appointed by the court to act as Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit a statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Trustee. For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note the date of sequestration is 26 January 2009.
