Sequestration of the estate of

The estate of Anthony Rogers, residing at 50 Alexander Street, Uphall EH54 5DB was sequestrated by The Accountant in Bankruptcy on 13 March 2009, and Eric R H Nisbet, The Glen Drummond Partnership, Corporate Recovery & Insolvency Services, Knightsridge Business Park, 4 Turnbull Way, Livingston EH54 8RB, has been appointed to act as Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Trustee.

Any creditor known to the Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the statutory meeting of creditors if one is convened or alternatively, notified of their rights if no such meeting is called.

Please note that the date of sequestration for creditors’ claims is 13 March 2009.
