The estate of Shamas Ali also known as Shamus Ali, 1 Liggars Place, Dunfermline KY12 7XZ was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on 4 March 2009 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, has been appointed to act as trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to John H Ferris Esq, CA, Ferris Associates, Edison House, 12 Fullerton Road, Glenrothes KY6 5QR the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 3 February 2009.
