Sequestration of the Estate of

GRANT HAMILTON GALLACHER

The estate of Grant Hamilton Gallacher as an Individual and as a Partner in the Firm of The Crown Hotel residing at Riverside, Leny Road, Callander FK17 8AJ, was sequestrated by Interlocutor of the Sheriff at Stirling on 3 March 2009, and Colin Anthony Fisher Hastings, 82 Mitchell Street, Glasgow G1 3NA, has been appointed Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers to the Trustee. Claims should be stated as at the date of sequestration which was 27 January 2009.
