The estate of Graham Lappin, who resides at 3A March Street, Buckie and who formerly resided at 15 Well Road, Buckie AB56 1LJ was sequestrated by the sheriff at Elgin Sheriff Court on 24 February 2009 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, has been appointed to act as trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Carolyn A Smith, Lynhurst, James Street, Lossiemouth, Moray IV31 6BY the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 29 January 2009.
