The estate of Mary Kelly Hopkins also known as Mary Kelly Gallogley residing at The Stables, 6 Calderbank Terrace, Motherwell ML1 1LW and previously at 41 Killearn Crescent, Airdrie ML6 7UN was sequestrated by the Accountant in Bankruptcy on 5 March 2009 and David J Hill, Chartered Accountant, 4 Atlantic Quay, 70 York Street, Glasgow G2 8JX has been appointed by the Accountant in Bankruptcy to act as Trustee on the Sequestrated Estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form with any supporting accounts or vouchers to the Trustee. For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of Sequestration is 5 March 2009.
