Sequestration of the estate of

JOSEPH SMITH

(trading as CKS Transport)

The estate of Joseph Smith trading as CKS Transport, residing at 9 Strathview Road, Bellshill ML4 2UA was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Hamilton on 2 March 2009 and Maureen Elizabeth Leslie, mlm Insolvency LLP, 3 Michaelson Square, Livingston EH54 7DP, has been appointed by the Court to act as Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Trustee.

Please note that the date of sequestration for creditors’ claims was 26 January 2009.
