Sequestration of the estate of

WILLIAM TURNER

The estate of William Turner residing at 59 Deantown Avenue, Whitecraig, Musselburgh, Midlothian EH21 8NX was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Haddington on 23 February 2009 and Gordon Chalmers, 168 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4TP has been appointed by the Court to act as Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit a statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers to the Trustee. For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 27 January 2009.
