Notice is hereby given that on 11 March 2009, following resumption of consideration of the Petition lodged by Mercury Facilities Management UK Limited on 11 February 2009, and the productions produced with it; and having seen the intimations published in terms of the preceding interlocutor, dated 12 February 2009, the Sheriff at Glasgow : (1) ordered that Mercury Facilities Management UK Limited, having their Registered Office at Unit 6, Centurion Business Park, 10 Seaward Place, Glasgow G41 1HH (“the Company”) be wound up in pursuance of the Insolvency Act 1986 (“the 1986 Act”); (2) appointed Derek Forsyth, Chartered Accountant, Sherwood House, 7 Glasgow Road, Paisley PA1 3QS, to be Interim Liquidator; and (3) authorised the Interim Liquidator to advertise his appointment here and in The Herald newspaper in lieu of sending notices to Creditors and others in terms of Rule 4.18(4) of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986.
