Notice is hereby given that on 11 March 2009, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Court, Perth by Viking Tunnels Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Scones, Lethendy, Perth, Perthshire PH2 6AB, craving the Court inter alia to order that the said Viking Tunnels Limited be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Perth by interlocutor dated 11 March 2009 no caveat having been lodged, appointed the Petition to be intimated on the Walls in the common form and to be advertised once in each of the Dundee Courier and The Edinburgh Gazette Newspapers appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Perth Sheriff Court, Tay Street, Perth within eight days after such publication, service or advertisement.
