Sequestration of the estate of

PATRICIA RENNEY

The estate of Patricia Renney, t/a Class A Kitchens and Bathrooms Scotland, residing at 145 Altyre Avenue, Glenrothes KY7 4DZ and trading from Unit 8, Pentland Court, Saltire Centre, Glenrothes KY6 4DZ, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on 20 February 2009, and Keith V Anderson, Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP, First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QG, was appointed by the court to act as Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Trustee. For the purpose of formulating claims creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 28 January 2009.
