Sequestration of the estate of

BARBARA MURRAY

The estate of Barbara Murray, 10 Darvel Avenue, Kilmarnock KA3 6FN was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court on 18 February 2009 and Eileen Blackburn, French Duncan LLP, 104 Quarry Street, Hamilton ML3 7AX has been appointed by the court to act as trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the trustee.

Any creditor known to the trustee will be notified if she intends to hold a meeting of creditors, and will be advised of the date, time and place.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 20 January 2009.
