The Estate of David Russell Clark (Deceased) residing latterly at Burnside House, Howwood, Renfrewshire was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Paisley on 23 February 2009 and Graham Cameron Tough, Tough Debt Solutions Ltd, Caledonia House, 89 Seaward Street, Glasgow G41 1HJ has been appointed by the Court to act as Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit their statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Graham Cameron Tough, Tough Debt Solutions Ltd, Caledonia House, 89 Seaward Street, Glasgow G41 1HJ.
