Sequestration of the estate of

The estate of Paul Scott Kendall, 345 Balunie Drive, Dundee DD4 8WL Previously 19A John Huband Drive, Birkhill, Dundee DD2 5RY was sequestrated by the Accountant in Bankruptcy on 26 February 2009 and Ian D Mitchell, CA, Henderson Loggie, Royal Exchange, Panmure Street, Dundee DD1 1DZ has been appointed by the court to act as trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the trustee. For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 26 February 2009.

Any creditor known to the trustee will be notified as to whether or not it is the intention of the trustee to call a meeting of creditors, and the implications thereof.
