Take notice that on 19 February 2009 Scotframe Timber Engineering Ltd, Inverurie Business Park, Souterford Avenue, Inverurie AB51 0ZJ presented a petition to the Sheriff of Tayside Central and Fife Dunfermline for an order to wind up L & P Developments Limited (“The Company”) having its Registered Office at 1 George Square, Castlebrae, Dunfermline, Fife KY11 8QF under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986; that warrant for intimation and service was granted by the Sheriff on that day directing that any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted should lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dunfermline Sheriff Court, 1/8 Carnegie Drive, Dunfermline within 8 days of the date of intimation service and advertisement, that Blair Carnegie Nimmo, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh was appointed provisional liquidator of the Company and that Blair Carnegie Nimmo is authorised to exercise the functions contained in Part II and Part III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 all of which notice is hereby given.
