Notice is hereby given that in a Petition by Troon Motor Garage Finance Company Limited having its registered office at 88 Prestwick Road, Ayr, craving the Court to order the name of the said company to be restored to the Register of Companies, the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Ayr by Interlocutor dated 24 February 2009 inter alia ordered any person wishing to object to the crave of the application to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Ayr within eight days of service and advertisement.
