NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 24

Aberdeen Harbour, including South Bank of the River Dee (“Torry Quay Redevelopment”) Proposed Reconstruction of existing quays on the south side of the River Dee estuary, including quay extensions eastwards and westwards, infilling of the River Dee Dock behind new quay, formation of new yardspace and dredging / excavation of associated parts of the River Dee

Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Statement has been submitted by Aberdeen Harbour Board in support of the above development proposals which have been submitted to Aberdeen City Council (Planning Application ref. P090100).

A copy of the Environmental Statement and its Non Technical Summary may be inspected during working hours in the Register of Environmental Statements kept by the Aberdeen City Council at Strategic Leadership, St Nicholas House (8th floor), Broad Street, Aberdeen. Copies of these documents are also available for inspection by the public at Torry Library, Victoria Road, Torry, at the Central Library, Rosemount Viaduct, Aberdeen and at Aberdeen Maritime Museum, Shiprow, Aberdeen. Any person who wishes to make representations to Aberdeen City Council about the Environmental Statement may do so within a period of 28 days commencing on the date of this press notice. Representations should be sent to Strategic Leadership (Development Management), St Nicholas House, Broad Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1BW (or emailed to pi@aberdeencity.gov.uk)
