Notice is hereby given that in a Petition by Colston Garage Limited having its registered office at Ellerton, Forest Street, Airdrie, Lanarkshire ML6 7BD craving the Court to order the name of the said Company to be restored to the Register of Companies, the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfires and Galloway at Airdrie by Interlocutor dated 11 February 2009, inter alia ordered any person wishing to object to the crave of the application to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Airdrie within eight days of service and advertisement.

All of which intimation is hereby given.
