Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, AOP Investment Ltd transferred part of its interest in Apax Europe VI Founder L.P. (the “Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5339, to Winta Investments Holdings Ltd.
