Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above named company will be held at the Merchants House of Glasgow, 7 West George Street, Glasgow G1 1BA, on Monday 16 February 2009, at 11.00 am, for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, within the offices of Begbies Traynor (Scotland) LLP, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PP, during the two business days preceding the above meeting.
