NOTICE OF PETITION TO DISINTER HUMAN REMAINS

NOTICE is hereby given that an application was presented on Thirtieth January Two thousand and Nine to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Airdrie by North Lanarkshire Council to disinter human remains from an area of ground lying to the north of Old Wellwynd Church, Wellwynd, Airdrie. If any person wishes to oppose the application he or she should immediately contact Archie Aitken, Solicitor, Legal Services, North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell, ML1 1AB from whom the service copy application may be obtained.

ANSWERS in opposition to the application must be lodged within the period of fourteen days from the date of this Notice and any person wishing to oppose the application must appear or be represented within the Sheriff Court House, Graham Street, Airdrie on Twenty sixth February Two thousand and Nine at 10.00 a.m. Failure to lodge Answers and make representation may result in Decree being granted unopposed.
