NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 13

HILLHEAD OF AUQUHIRIE, STONEHAVEN

Notice is hereby given that two addenda to the Environmental Impact Assessment have been submitted to Aberdeenshire Council by Atmos Consulting Ltd on behalf of Auquhirie Land Company Ltd, relating to:

Full Planning Permission for Erection of 3 Wind Turbines, Control Building and Anemometer Mast, Formation of Access Track, Hardstanding and Construction Compound (Temporary) at Hillhead of Auquhirie, Stonehaven Ref KM/APP/2008/2570.

A copy of the Environmental Impact Assessment, plus addenda dated 9 October 2008 and 10 October 2008, and the associated planning application can be viewed online at www.aberdeenshire.gov.uk/planning at all Aberdeenshire libraries, or may be inspected during normal office house at Planning & Environmental Services, Viewmount, Arduthie Road, Stonehaven during the period of 28 days from the date of publication of this notice.
