Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 18 December 2008 (the “ Effective Date ”) the sole executor (David Lucien Simon Elek of St Aubyns, Upper Cavendish Avenue, London N3 3NN) of the late Francis Elek, who formerly resided at 3 Chalgrove Gardens, London N3 3PL, transferred his entire interest, together with all associated rights, duties and obligations arising therefrom, in AJSLP3 (the “ Partnership ”) to the said David Lucien Simon Elek, and that with effect from the Effective Date, the executor of the late Francis Elek ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
