Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that David Peter Sumsion, formerly residing at Inverchorachan, Ardkinglas, Cairndow, Argyll and now at Ardkinglas, Cairndow, Argyll and Ian Robert Clark, Writer to the Signet, Princes Exchange, One Earl Grey Street, Edinburgh, the executors of the late Simon John Noble, formerly of Ardkinglas, Cairndow, Argyll conform to Confirmation issued by the Commissariot of North Strathclyde at Greenock on 21 June 2002 are to assign their share in the firm of Lakeland Ardkinglas to the said David Peter Sumsion as the beneficiary entitled thereto and that the said David Peter Sumsion shall thereby become a limited partner in the said firm within the meaning of the said Act.
