Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to an assignation of 20 October 2008, Goldman Sachs Investments Limited transferred to Goldman Sachs Private Equity Holdings, L.P. all of the interest held by it in Nebo I Feeder LP, a Limited Partnership registered in Scotland with number SL6494 and Goldman Sachs Investments Limited ceased to be a limited partner and Goldman Sachs Private Equity Holdings, L.P. became a limited partner in Nebo I Feeder LP.
