NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 13
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF WIND FARM AT KAIM HILL, FAIRLIE.
Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Statement has been submitted to North Ayrshire Council by Kaim Hill Wind Ltd, relating to the planning application in respect of a wind farm containing 5 wind turbines with ancillary development including construction of access tracks, borrow pits, temporary construction compound, anemometry mast, electrical control building and underground electrical cables.
A copy of the Environmental Statement and the associated planning application may be inspected at all reasonable hours in the register of planning applications kept by the planning authority for the area at Cunninghame House, Irvine during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this notice.
A copy of the Environmental Statement will also be lodged at the following locations:

Any person who wishes to make representations to North Ayrshire Council about the Environmental Statement should make them in writing within the period to the Council at Cunninghame House, Irvine KA12 8EE.
