Statement by General Partner

LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 3 October 2008 HgCapital LLP transferred £2.55 of its capital contribution in HgCapital RW SPLP Carry L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5846 to the Trustees of the Franklin Trust and HgCapital Beratungs GmbH & Co. KG. Consequently, on that date, HgCapital LLP decreased its capital contribution by £2.55 from £549.19 to £546.59, the Nerine Trust Company as trustees of the Franklin Trust increased its capital contribution by £0.78 from £37.27 to £38.05 and HgCapital Beratungs GmbH & Co. KG increased its capital contribution to £85.36 by £1.77 from £83.59 to £85.36.
