Notice is hereby given that on 10 September 2008 a petition was presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh by Mr Vincent Kehoe for an Order in terms of the Companies Act 1985 section 653 to restore the name of the Company, Jonalt Limited, to the Register of Companies. In which Petition the Lord Ordinary at the Court of Session, Edinburgh, by Interlocutor dated 12 September 2008 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Petitions Clerk, Court of Session, Edinburgh within twenty-one days after such intimation, advertisement or service; All of which notice is hereby given.
