THE MERCHANT SHIPPING (OIL POLLUTION) (BUNKERS CONVENTION) REGULATIONS 2006 (S.I. 2006/1244)
The International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage, 2001 enters into force in respect of the United Kingdom on 21st November 2008.
The Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Bunkers Convention) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/1244) which implement the Bunkers Convention shall, by the operation of regulation 1(2) of those Regulations, also come into force on 21st November 2008.
