NOTICE is hereby given that on 8 September 2008, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Aggregate Industries UK Limited, having its Registered Office at Bardon Hall, Copt Oak Road, Markfield, Leicestershire LE67 9PJ craving the Court inter alia that The Henry Hutton Holdings Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at Unit 5, 1987 Maryhill Road, Glasgow G20 0BT be wound up by the court and an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 18 September 2008 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service and eo die appointed Robert Caven, Chartered Accountant, Grant Thornton UK LLP, 95 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 7JZ to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with the powers specified in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of part II of Schedule IV of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
