LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 4 August 2008, Rothschild Trust Corporation Limited as Trustee of the Prior Park II Trust, has transferred its entire interest in European Buy-Out Opportunities I Limited, (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5222, to Kenneth Terry and on that date, Kenneth Terry became a limited partner in the Partnership and Rothschild Trust Corporation Limited as Trustee of the Prior Park II Trust, ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
