Notice is hereby given that in a note presented on 2 September 2008, by I Scott McGregor and Kenneth W Pattullo, joint administrators of ACC Builders Limited, having its registered office at c/o Begbies Traynor, 2nd Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PP, for an orders to extend the term of the noters’ appointment as joint administrators of ACC Builders Limited by a period of six months from 3 September 2008, the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 2 September 2008 appointed all parties having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the note should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA, within eight days after this advertisement and meantime extended the joint administrators’ appointment by a period of three weeks from 3 September 2008.
