I, Ewen R Alexander, Chartered Accountant, of Ritson Smith, Chartered Accountants, 16 Carden Place, Aberdeen AB10 1FX, give notice that on 14 July 2008, I was appointed Receiver of the whole property and assets of the above company, in terms of Section 51 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

In terms of Section 59 of the Act, preferential creditors are required to intimate their claims to me within 6 months of the date of this notice.
