Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above named company will be held within the offices of Morris & Young, Chartered Accountants, 6 Atholl Crescent, Perth PH1 5JN, on 20 August 2008 at 11.00 am for the purpose of having a final account laid before it showing how the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the liquidator.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf.
