Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 10 July 2008, Giovanna Voltolina assigned to Cognetas Investments III LLP 100% of the interest held by her in Cognetas Fund II (GP) LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL005502 and that with effect from 10 July 2008, Giovanna Voltolina ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
