Statement by General Partner

Notice is hereby given that:-

1.  on 10 April 2007, Tim Thomas, a limited partner in RJD Founder Partner L.P. (the “Partnership”), reduced his capital contribution to the Partnership by £24.44, and following this reduction, Tim Thomas’s capital contribution to the Partnership was £1.74;

2.  on 10 April 2007, David MacLellan, a limited partner in the Partnership, increased his capital contribution to the Partnership by £6.82 so that his capital contribution to the Partnership increased to £104.05;

3.  on 10 April 2007, John Dillon, a limited partner in the Partnership, increased his capital contribution to the Partnership by £6.82 so that his capital contribution to the Partnership increased to £104.05;

4.  on 10 April 2007, Richard Caston, a limited partner in the Partnership, increased his capital contribution to the Partnership by £5.40 so that his capital contribution to the Partnership increased to £82.58;

5.  on 10 April 2007, Duncan Johnson, a limited partner in the Partnership, increased his capital contribution to the Partnership by £5.40 so that his capital contribution to the Partnership increased to £82.58;

6.  on 24 April 2007, Alexander David MacLellan and John Eamon Dillon, limited partners in the Partnership, each reduced their capital contributions to the Partnership by £0.71, and, following this reduction, Alexander David MacLellan’s and John Eamon Dillon’s remaining capital contributions to the Partnership were each £103.34;

7.  on 24 April 2007, Richard Caston, a limited partner in the Partnership, increased his capital contribution to the Partnership by £0.71 so that his capital contribution to the Partnership increased to £83.29;

8.  on 24 April 2007, Duncan Johnson, a limited partner in the Partnership, increased his capital contribution to the Partnership by £0.71 so that his capital contribution to the Partnership increased to £83.29;

9.  on 31 July 2007, Alexander David MacLellan and John Eamon Dillon, limited partners in the Partnership, each reduced their capital contributions to the Partnership by £3.36, and, following this reduction, Alexander David MacLellan’s and John Eamon Dillon’s remaining capital contributions to the Partnership were each £99.98;

10.  on 31 July 2007, Richard Charles Austin Caston and Duncan Edward Johnson, limited partners in the Partnership, each reduced their capital contributions to the Partnership by £2.72, and, following this reduction, Richard Charles Austin Caston’s and Duncan Edward Johnson’s remaining capital contributions to the Partnership were each £80.57;

11.  on 31 July 2007, Tim Thomas, a limited partner in the Partnership, reduced his capital contribution to the Partnership by £0.06, and following this reduction, Tim Thomas’s capital contribution to the Partnership was £1.68;

12.  on 31 July 2007, Alex Hay was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership, with a capital contribution of £11.22;

13.  on 7 September 2007 Tim Thomas, a limited partner in the Partnership, reduced his capital contribution to the Partnership by £0.08, and following this reduction, Tim Thomas’s capital contribution to the Partnership was £1.60;

14.  on 7 September 2007 Alexander David MacLellan and John Eamon Dillon, limited partners in the Partnership, each reduced their capital contributions to the Partnership by £5.16, and, following this reduction, Alexander David MacLellan’s and John Eamon Dillon’s remaining capital contributions to the Partnership were each £94.82;

15.  on 7 September 2007 Richard Charles Austin Caston and Duncan Edward Johnson, limited partners in the Partnership, each reduced their capital contributions to the Partnership by £4.15, and, following this reduction, Richard Charles Austin Caston’s and Duncan Edward Johnson’s remaining capital contributions to the Partnership were each £76.42;

16.  on 7 September 2007 Francis Bulman was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership, with a capital contribution of £11.22; and

17.  on 7 September 2007 Richard Drover was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership, with a capital contribution of £7.48.
