LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Kane Pirie transferred the entire interest by it in the GBCP VII (General Partner) SLP with the registered number SL005344 (the “Partnership”), to each of Simon Havers, Andrew Ferguson, Chris Harper, Olaf Kensey, Mathias Schirmer, James Benfield, Jan Haehnel, Dennis Hall, Edward Capure Cure and Jarno Schaefermann and Kane Pirie ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership. Further notice is hereby given that Dennis Hall, Edward Capure Cure and Jarno Schaefermann each became limited partners in the Partnership.
