Notice is hereby given that on 18 January 2007 a petition was presented to the Court of Session by Cabtivate Media Limited, having their Registered Office at 18 Forth Street, Edinburgh EH1 3LH (“the Company”) seeking inter alia, an order that the Company be wound up; in which petition Lord Reed by interlocutor dated 19 January 2007 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers thereto, if so advised, within 8 days after intimation and advertisement, and in the meantime appointed I. Scott McGregor and Kenneth W. Pattullo, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, to be provisional liquidators of the Company with authority to exercise the powers contained in Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, of all of which notice is hereby given.
