Notice is hereby given that in a Petition presented by Cleveland Cable Company Limited on 21 December 2006 craving the Court inter alia to order that Inter-Project Resources Engineering Consultants Limited having its Registered Office at Inter-Project House, Hareness Road, Altens Industrial Estate, Aberdeen AB12 3LE be wound up by the Court and to appoint Provisional Liquidators and Interim Liquidators of the said Company; the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Interlocutor dated 28 December 2006, ordered all parties wishing to oppose to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement and appointed David J Hill and James Stephen, both Insolvency Practitioners, BDO Stoy Hayward LLP, Ballantine House, 168 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2PT to be Provisional Liquidators of said Company until an Interim Liquidator of the said Company is appointed or the said Petition is dismissed.
