A90/B9127 SLIP ROAD AT SPITTALBURN, INVERARITY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Council hereby propose to make The Angus Council (A90/B9127 Slip Road at Spittalburn, Inverarity) (Conversion of Footway to Cycletrack) Order 200X under Section 152(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 redetermining the means of exercise of the public right of passage over the footway described in the Schedule hereto.

A copy of the proposed order and the accompanying plan showing the footway over which the means of exercise of the public right of passage is to be redetermined together with a statement of the reasons for making the order, may be examined during normal office hours and without payment of fee at Reception, St. James House, Forfar.

ANY PERSON may, within 28 days from the date below, object to the making of the order by notice in writing to the Head of Law and Administration, St James House, Forfar. Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.

SCHEDULE

That section of footway on the east side of the A90/B9127 slip road from a point 170 metres or thereby north of the access to Spittalburn Farm, by Forfar northwards to its junction with the east footway of the A90 Dundee-Arbroath trunk road, a distance of 140 metres or thereby which footway is shown sawtooth hatched on the plan accompanying the draft Order.
