Notice is hereby given that on 5 January 2007 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by The Advocate General for Scotland as representing Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs, craving the Court, inter alia, that Indi Food Business Limited, having their Registered Office at 121 Constitution Street, Edinburgh EH6 7AE be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 5 January 2007 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Chambers Street, Edinburgh EH1 1LB within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
