ROADS (SCOTLAND) ACT 1984

THE PERTH AND KINROSS COUNCIL (KING EDWARD STREET, PERTH) (RE-DETERMINATION OF MEANS OF EXERCISE OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF PASSAGE) ORDER 2007

Notice is hereby given that on 18 January 2007 Perth and Kinross Council in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by Section 71(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 made and confirmed the abovementioned Order.

Copies of the Order as made and and confirmed and of the accompanying plan have been deposited at:

Perth and Kinross Council, Main Reception, 2 High Street, Perth.

The Environment Service, Pullar House, 35 Kinnoull Street, Perth.

A K Bell Library, York Place, Perth.

These documents are available for inspection free of charge during normal business hours.

The effect of the Order is as stated in Notice number 1501/180 in The Edinburgh Gazette dated 24 November 2006 and in The Courier and Advertiser of 28 November 2006. The Order comes into operation on 22 January 2007.
