Notice is hereby given that on 22 December 2006, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Stirling by A R Campbell (Construction) Limited, a company incorporated in Scotland under the Companies Acts (under Company Number SC063499), and having its Registered Office at Unit 86, Bandeath Industrial Estate, Throsk, Stirling FK7 7NP, craving the court, inter alia, that A R Campbell (Construction) Limited, a company incorporated in Scotland under the Companies Acts (under Company Number SC063499) and having its Registered Office at Unit 86, Bandeath Industrial Estate, Throsk, Stirling FK7 7NP, be wound up by the court and that a Provisional Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Stirling by Interlocutor dated 22 December 2006, appointed Mr Keith Veitch Anderson, of Scott and Paterson, Chartered Accountants, Bruntsfield House, 6 Bruntsfield Terrace, Edinburgh EH10 4EX, to be Provisional Liquidator of the said company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the said company’s assets, and particularly the powers contained in Part II and Part III of Schedule 4 of the said Act; and that until an Interim Liquidator is appointed or the Petition pending before the court is dismissed; and appointed any persons having an interest to lodge Answers to the Petition in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at the Sheriff Court House, Viewfield Place, Stirling FK8 1NH, within eight days of this publication, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
