Final Meetings

MUIRHEAD ELECTRICAL LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, in terms of Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the final meetings of the company and the creditors will be held within the offices of Smith Inglis Ltd., Suite 412, Baltic Chambers, 50 Wellington Street, Glasgow G2 6HJ, on Friday 9 February 2007, at 12.00 noon and 12.15 pm respectively, for the purposes of receiving a final account of the winding up from the Liquidator together with any explanations that may be given by him, and to determine whether he should be released as Liquidator in terms of Section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

All creditors whose claims have been accepted are entitled to attend in person or by proxy, and a resolution will be passed by majority in value of those voting. Creditors may vote whose proxies have been submitted and accepted at the meetings or lodged beforehand at the above office.
