Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to an assignation dated 5 January 2007 Tim Wright transferred to VCI (General Partner) Limited all of the interest held by him as an investing partner in VCP V (Founder Partner) L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5445 (the “Partnership”).
