Notice is hereby given that the Limited Partnership called Pringle Farm has been terminated by mutual agreement between the partners Torquil Charles Johnson-Ferguson, Solwaybank, Canonbie, as Limited Partner and Christopher James Brodie, Solwaybank Cottage, Canonbie and Glen Barrie Brodie, Cadgillhead Farm, Canonbie, as General Partners with effect from 28 November 2006, and that the said Christopher James Brodie farms Allfornought Farm, Waterbeck, Lockerbie and the said Glen Barrie Brodie farms Pringle and Cadgillhead Farms, Canonbie with effect from 28 November 2006, respectively as individuals under Limited Duration Tenancies from the said Torquil Charles Johnson-Ferguson.
