Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Okabena Partnership J has transferred its entire interest in European Buy-Out Opportunities I Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5222, to Odin Partners, L.P. and Okabena Partnership J has ceased to be a limited partner and Odin Partners, L.P. has become a limited partner.
