Take Notice that in accordance with the sanction of the High Court granted on 27 November 2006, Mmedica Insurance Limited having its registered office at 38/39 Fitzwilliam Square, Dublin 2 has transferred the whole of the insurance business of Mmedica Insurance Limited to St Paul Travelers Insurance Company Limited with effect from 21 December 2006.
